$1.25 per mile from the shop, both directions, on every job. It shows up as its own line on the estimate so you can see exactly what the drive costs.

Labor is based on a 10-hour day. Overtime is negotiated as soon as the possibility arises. For the rentals, a shoot day is the full day of your shoot.

The truck comes with an experienced Gaffer. We can recommend other crew, as needed.

The One-Ton package comes with everything you see on the Grip inventory list. Lighting is billed à la carte, on the same invoice.

Two weeks is comfortable if you can, but we understand that isn't always possible. We hold dates when the itemized quote is returned signed.

Let us know as soon as you can. Date shifts inside a month are usually fine. A cancellation within 48 hours will be billed at one day's rate as it appears on your approved quote.

We include some expendables, like small pieces of black wrap and duvy, and small amounts of open rolls of tape. We do carry a tote of billable expendables on the truck. For a complete list of available expendables, see the Inventory.
