Insurance requirements

Uniform on every truck booking — no lighter tier for smaller jobs. Full certificate wording is confirmed at quote; questions before then, just email us.

Certificate of insurance

A COI is due to hello@keylightpie.com no later than 24 hours before the shoot.

General liability

$1,000,000, with Keylight Pie listed as Additional Insured.

Rented-equipment coverage

Full replacement value of the order. Renting from more than one vendor? Your floater needs to cover the total across all of them, not just ours.

Auto coverage

Truck bookings add hired and non-owned auto liability, plus auto physical damage.

Loss payee

Small Frame Big Picture, LLC dba Keylight Pie — named as Additional Insured and Loss Payee.

Vehicle security

No unattended-vehicle theft exclusion — coverage holds even if the truck is locked and unattended.
